This former 19th Century coaching inn is situated on the John O'Groats peninsula in the north coast village of Mey and only a short distance from the Queen Mother's Highland home, the Castle of Mey. Set in six acres of open parkland adjacent to the North of Scotland's principal tourist route it is ideally placed to cater for the holidaymaker.
Management of the hotel is under the direct supervision of the resident owner who can assure you a warm Highland welcome and a pleasant stay in comfortable surroundings.
The hotel is centrally heated and has 8 twin, double or family rooms, all of which have an en-suite shower or bathroom, colour television and tea making facilities. In addition the Pentland Suite offers a double and a family room with an en-suite bathroom.
Breakfast is served in the Garden Room between 8.30 and 9.30am, although early breakfast is available by prior arrangement.
