Murray House has 5 en-suite bedrooms, a well appointed dining room with lounge area, a sheltered garden with secure off-road parking. We offer evening meals by arrangement and have a table licence. Packed lunches are provided on request.
A traditional town house built in 1835 situated in Thurso town centre. Nearby are restaurants, pubs, beach, harbour and shops.
Ten minute walk from the railway station and conveniently situated for walkers and cyclists who are starting/finishing their journey between John O’Groats and Land’s End.
There is storage for bicycles and freshly caught fish can be frozen to take home. Private parking and a well established garden are to the rear of the house.
Our dining room with lounge is located on the ground floor, three of our bedrooms on the first floor and another two bedrooms on the second floor.
All our rooms are en-suite and have central heating, double glazing and are furnished to a high standard.
Each bedroom has a television, a kettle with hostess tray (tea/coffee & biscuits), an alarm clock, hairdryer and a welcome folder providing local information, sample menus and timetables.
